Pssst - I'll let you in on a little secret.  The only effective meal plan is one that you actually use and enjoy!  So don't try and follow meal plans too rigidly, because it becomes a chore (groan...).  Use them for guidance, but feel free to make as many substitutions as you like, and change things to suit your own taste buds and skill level.  The fun part of using recipes and plans is playing around with them, experimenting, and creating your own unique experience.  Above all, listen to your body.  Become a flexitarian!
