A 28-day nutritional coaching program designed to help you break free from old destructive habits and begin to create new positive ones that will lead towards a healthier, happier life.  Learn how to lose weight without counting calories, set goals and an action plan, receive helpful tools and recipes, and unlimited 24/7 support via email and text message.  


One-off private coaching session (90mins) - A$40 (Introductory Offer)

Dip your toe in without committing to a coaching package.  Perfect if you have one particular aspect of your lifestyle that you want help working on, such as nutrition, sleep, exercise, mindset, stress management etc.  Or if you want to work out how to break through your weight loss barriers once and for all, and learn how to lose weight without counting calories.

Free Group Coaching 

Join our private Facebook group - a community of like-minded peeps who are all there to support each other on the weight loss journey. I am in there every day to provide advice and support, and  answer your questions.  We do fun monthly habit-building challenges with live videos for tips and inspiration.

  • The level of support is second to none!  I'm not just your coach, I'm your new bestie!  I don't do the 'tough love' thing.  I take more of a gentle approach, because I know you're in need of some TLC.
     
  • Aside from being a certified Nutrition and Weight Loss Coach, I am also qualified as a Holistic Counsellor, Life Coach and Meditation Teacher.  This background and training allows me to take a more holistic approach to your weight loss journey, taking a deep dive into other areas of your life that may be affecting (or affected by) your daily choices.  Apart from nutrition and exercise, other major areas of interest to me are mindset, stress management, sleep habits, body image and self esteem.
     
  • I know how busy you are, so I try to make my coaching programs as easy, accessible and efficient as possible.  I send you printable resources that you can work through at your own pace.
     
  • You can be anywhere in Australia - and we can do all of our communication online and by phone.  Our main sessions will be phone calls (no scary videos - just a conventional phone call - audio only!) and in between sessions we can keep in touch by email or text message.  If you are nervous about talking to me on the phone, we can do our entire consultation via email if you would prefer, just let me know.  We may not be able to dig as deep as we would on a phone conversation, but it might be a good starting point.

    Apologies if you are outside Australia - I am only offering private coaching services to Australian residents for the time being, because I am using regular phone calls for sessions.  If you are in another country you can still join the Facebook group though for free group coaching.
